NOTICE OF SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS FOR PLANNING BOARD AND ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT PROFESSIONALS FOR THE YEAR 2023

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Township of Hamilton, County of Atlantic, State of
New Jersey, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment seek to engage firms to fill the
following positions January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. The contracts will be awarded
through a fair and open process pursuant to the provisions of N.J.S.A 19:44A-20.4 (New Jersey
Pay to Play Law). If awarded a contract, Vendors shall be required to comply with the requirements
of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq.
