There is a range of transportation alternatives available in and adjacent to Hamilton Township to meet your transportation needs.

Highways

Several highways of regional importance traverse the Township:

Atlantic City Expressway - Three access/egress points link Hamilton Township to Atlantic City and the Philadelphia metropolitan area via this limited access highway.

US Route 322 (Black Horse Pike) – Access to Atlantic City (east) and the Commodore Barry Bridge over the Delaware River (west).

US Route 40 (Harding Highway) – Connection to the Delaware Memorial Bridge (west) and Atlantic City (east).

NJ Route 50 – Connects to upper Cape May County (south) and US Route 30 in Egg Harbor City.

County Route 575 (Pomona Road) – An arterial roadway providing access to the Garden State Parkway (at Exit 44).

Rail

Access to New Jersey Transit’s Atlantic City Rail Line is available near the Township in Egg Harbor City.

Bus

New Jersey Transit operates the following local bus routes through Hamilton Township.

315 – Philadelphia to Cape May City

502 – Atlantic City to Atlantic Cape Community College

535 – Atlantic City to Bridgeton (Upper Deerfield Township)

Air

Commercial and charter air carriers operate out of the nearby Atlantic City International Airport.
