Use of Facilties Forms 

To use any of the Township of Hamilton's recreational fields, facilities or for special events, you must

submit the following items to the Community Activities Office:

* Application of Use of Township of Hamilton Grounds/Facilites

* Certificate of Insurance naming the Township of Hamilton as an additional insured

* Hold Harmless Agreement

Once these documents have been submitted, you will be notified whether the facility is available for your use.
